How We Verify Coupons
Our editorial process and commitment to accurate, trustworthy deals.
Our commitment to accuracy
HigherDiscounts exists to help shoppers find genuine savings. We do not publish fake, expired, or misleading coupon codes. Our content is sourced, checked, and updated in line with clear editorial and technical standards so that both users and our merchant and affiliate partners can rely on what we display.
How we source and display coupons
- Official and partner feeds: We receive coupon and deal data from established affiliate networks and program managers, as well as from merchants and their authorized partners. This allows us to show codes that are intended for publisher use and compliant with program terms.
- Structured data and expiry: Where we receive start and end dates, we use them to surface current offers and avoid promoting expired coupons. We also respect program rules on which offers may be promoted and how.
- Regular updates: Our systems are updated regularly so that the coupons and deals we show reflect the latest information provided by our data sources. We remove or update offers when we are notified they are no longer valid or available.
Editorial and quality standards
We apply consistent editorial standards across the site: descriptions are based on the offer information we receive; we do not invent discount amounts or conditions; and we avoid misleading or sensational claims. Our goal is to set accurate expectations so users can make informed choices and merchants see quality traffic that aligns with their program terms.
Working with affiliate programs and merchants
We operate in line with the terms and conditions of the affiliate programs and merchant schemes we work with. We do not use unauthorized creative or claims, and we aim to send traffic that meets program guidelines. We are committed to transparent, compliant affiliate marketing and to maintaining the trust of networks, advertisers, and users.
If something is wrong
If you believe a code we list is invalid, expired, or misdescribed, or if you are a merchant or program manager with a concern, please get in touch. We take reports seriously and will review and update content as appropriate.
